Congratulations to Jill Kreiman and Amanda Olejarz on taking 1st and 2nd place in the white belt gi division.
Monday, November 7, 2011 at 5:33PM All 3 matches were won by tapout. They wouldn't let me compete in brown or black belt...
Sunday, October 16, 2011 at 6:40PM Tutaj BJJ brings home 3 gold metals and 1 bronze. Great job to everyone that competed.

Would have taken gold in the 170 weight class as well, but the championship match turned out to be against the same guy I had already beaten in absolute championship. I bowed out and gave him the gold medal.

Friday, September 2, 2011 at 6:39PM Despite my back issues, I took 2nd place in no gi expert and brown belt. Not real happy about either loss... The no gi championship was against a guy that was sponsored by Origin. In the brown belt match, I had a choke sunk in with 10 seconds left. The brown belt match was only 6 minutes. NAGA said they follow IBJJF rules. If they did it should have been 8 minutes. Anyway, my back was sore from a slightly separated rib from the tournament, which wrecked something in the front of my ribs on Monday at class. I'm sure it will heal if I give it a chance
