Sign up for your free trial class below. Arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled class time. We will provide a clean used uniform for gi classes. Participant will be expected to show up in proper attire for the no gi class. Anyone under 18 must have their parent or legal guardian sign the waiver.
It is mandatory to wear a tight fitting tshirt or rashguard under the uniforms, in gi (wearing the kimono) or nogi. We have plenty of loaner gis in most sizes for the trial class. You can purchase new gis at Tutaj BJJ. You must wear shorts without pockets or gi pants for Nogi, and a sleeved shirt or rashguard. Wearing just spats is not allowed. No wrestling shoes, hard head gear, or cup allowed. Also, bring a bag to put your belongings in and sandals to wear from the locker room to the mat area. Do not step on the floor with bare feet as it can transfer bacteria onto the mats and then onto the people training on the mats.
