Learning and practicing jiu jitsu is a great way to improve coordination, strength and conditioning. Kids will learn how to defend themselves on a practical level, should they be bullied at school or worse. It will also improve confidence and they will learn how to communicate and interact with people of all backgrounds. Children who go to jiu jitsu class regularly learn how consistency can yield good results.
