Kundalini Yoga is a comprehensive inner art that teaches balance within an individual’s body, mind, and spirit. We focus on spinal, hip, and shoulder stretches to restore daily damage and realign your spinal column. By stretching and opening our body we reduce distraction and become receptive to sitting in meditation, in homeostasis. These classes gives you the ability to practice balance, breathing, stretching, and actively releasing tension. Through these ancient techniques we clear the way to raise our vital life force energy up through the spinal column. This practice is beneficial to everyone.

Grace is a lifelong practitioner of yoga. She trained Kundalini Yoga with Guru Singh in Los Angeles, Ca. She is a Master Reiki Practitioner in the Dr. Usui lineage of healing since 2013. Grace graduated from UW- Madison with a degree in Fine Arts and Environmental Studies. She has been practicing BJJ for the last 2 years and is humbled and grateful for this new craft.
