Brazilian Jiu Jitsu consists of
- 15 minute warmup
- 45 minutes of technique from a certain position
- 15 minutes of situational sparing from the position learned that day
- 15 - 45 minutes of live training
We will teach how to control your opponent and defend yourself in the basic positions: Guard, half guard, side control, knee on stomach, north south, mount and back mount. Sweeps and submissions will be taught to improve position and finish your opponent.
Gym gis are limited in sizes and quantities, 1st come 1st serve, for beginners only.
Everyone must sign a waiver before training. There are no exceptions. Anyone under 18 needs to have their parent or legal guardian sign a waiver AT Tutaj BJJ. We will check IDs.
Monthly payments plans with debit or credit card are available at the gym.
